Return or exchange timeframes

Eligible return or exchange timeframes are from the date of purchase:

15 calendar days

  • Desktop / Notebook computers
  • Tablets
  • Electronic

30 calendar days

  • All other products

 

Products not eligible for return

  • Opened Box items
  • Products with customer-induced damage such as, but not limited to, aerial drones with damage due to pilot error. So let’s be careful out there!
  • VR Headsets, Headphones, including Airpods, Earbuds and Over-the-Ear Products
  • Microphones 
  • All Phones 
  • Face masks and disposable gloves 

Refunds

All refunds will be based upon your original payment method

  • If a credit card was used as payment, a refund will be issued to that credit card within five business days of the return transaction.

Other important details

  • JBBwell is not responsible for expenses, fees or additional costs incurred as a result of defective or incompatible products

Restocking fees

Some items we sell (see below for the detailed list) have a restocking fee if returned by any customer.

How to return an item

Use our prepaid return label

You will get return label by using our pre-paid label. we will send you the return label by email, Print a prepaid shipping label. Put the return label on the package and take it to an authorized drop off location and ship it to us during your return period.

pre-paid label charge will be deduct from total refund amount.
